Ace realises he needs to get his own place, for his sake and others.
Settling in at the office the day after his mother kicked him out of the house Ace comes to the realisation that he needs his own place. While thinking that this day could not get any worse he is notified of a call from ISP which services GibbsCo.
Ace stood in the doorway of his office, a look of near panic on his face. The office lacked much in the way of decoration. A poster of a waterfall on one wall. A poster of a zen rock garden on another. A figurine sat to one side of three monitors and a model of a space battleship to the other. A single chair before them. A dark blue cabinet, a little taller than a refrigerator took another corner. "Oh god!" Ace thought, "Now Carly thinks I'm a pervert." "I can't go sleeping in my van indefinitely," he continued to think to himself as he reached for his chair. "But I don't have the money to get a place of my own." He reclined back in his chair, still in thought. "At least this day can't get any worse." "Beep!" went the phone on his desk. "Ace," the voice said, "our ISP wants to talk to you."
